Do you make New Year’s resolutions?
Do you refuse to make New Year’s resolutions because they don’t work for you?
Most resolutions don’t work because we aren’t willing to put out the work that it takes to be successful.
For instance, losing weight requires that you reduce your caloric intake or to increase your caloric output (exercise) or both.
“Getting healthy” requires that you eliminate sugar from your diet … and sugar is in everything, just read the label (or better yet, don’t eat anything that HAS a label).
A Better New Year’s Ritual
What if you chose a word to guide you throughout the year?
A single word is easy to remember, easy to post, easy to apply to all areas of your life.
Christine Kane, in her post Lose the New Year’s Resolutions & Create Real Success in 2015, talks about why she started this ritual and how to choose a word. Check it out and let me know what word you have chosen.
My next post will talk about the word I chose and why I chose it.
