It’s important to put yourself in a positive mindset before closing the office door. If you don’t, you are likely to take the negative home with you.
Good things are about three to five times more frequent than bad things at work, but bad events have about five to 10 times the impact as good things.
Four tasks that can be done at the end of the work day in about five minutes that can do this are:
- Keep positive journal
- Take five minutes to meditate
- Send a gratitude email
- Review your day’s to-do list

Your body and mind will de-stress and you’ll find yourself being more productive.
