Books Reduce Stress and Make You Smarter

quick-note-ttI loved reading as a child. I remember summers, going the bookmobile and reading under the big fir tree in our backyard.

Then later in life, I discovered that if I read just 10 pages per day I could get through a book per month. How doable is that?!

Turns out there are scientifically-based reasons to read entrepreneurial books.

Researchers at the University of Sussex found that reading is a more effective way to beat stress than listening to music or taking a walk.
